Dr. Christopher Bifano is a graduate of the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University. He joined his father’s practice in Dearborn after in 1991 and relocated the practice to it’s current location , 26388 Ford Road, Dearborn Heights , MI 48127 in 2005. Dr. Rhonda and Christopher Bifano opened the South Lyon practice in 1998. Dr. Bifano is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Michigan Optometric Association.

Dr. Bifano has 2 children, Lauren who is a nurse and Michael who is in Medical school. Dr. Bifano is actively involved in the South Lyon community and enjoys golfing.

Dr. Rhonda Bifano has practiced optometry for over 20 years, having earned her Doctorate degree from Ferris State University in 1990. She co-founded Bifano Eyecare in 1996 with Dr. Chris Bifano in Dearborn Heights, and shortly thereafter in 1998 they opened another location in South Lyon, MI. Dr. Rhonda is a member of the Michigan Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association and has served as on the advisory board for TLC, a state-of-the-art lasik facility. She is committed to providing high quality eye care with a focus on service.

Dr. Rhonda currently lives in the South Lyon area with her 2 kids. She enjoys volunteering in her town whether it is girl scouts, cub scouts, Panther football or just helping in the schools, she is committed to her community. Dr. Rhonda is currently a committee member of the Farmer’s Market committee.

Dr. JoEllen Dorony is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University) in Philadelphia. She received her undergraduate degree from Wayne State University in 1990 and her doctorate degree in 1994. She has practiced optometry for over 20 years and has been employed at Bifano Eyecare since 2008.

Dr. Dorony currently lives in the South Lyon area with her husband and 2 college-age children. She enjoys biking, golfing and volunteering in the community. She is currently volunteering at Gleaners in Detroit.
